artist's title:   at last, clear thinking about our environment!

artist's basis:  by the time we act to reduce greenhouse gas, this may be the only clear thinking left.  It may already be too late for our civilization to survive.  We ought to be the leaders of the free world/ whole world on this issue, and set an example of dealing responsibly to stop greenhouse gas emissions.  Instead, our USA leadership are denying and avoiding. We continue to be one of the worst emitters (we are second now to China) on the planet.
